The ideal candidate will be responsible to be based on the client's premise assisting the Principal team with onsite IT support, SMS traffic monitoring, SMS testing and SMS reports documentation. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable and flexible taking on various tasks that require various skills when handling the clients, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks completion.
Assist with on-premise (client's premise) management related to IT support, SMS testing, SMS traffic monitoring and SMS reports documentation.
Ensure customer success plan is moving forward to meet their expectations and happiness.
Responsible for escalating to 2nd and 3rd level support to the Principal team in oversea.
Training and walk-through will be provided by the Principal team.
Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science or Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent experience.
2 - 3 years of experience as a IT Engineer, System Engineer, or equivalent.
Strong experience in installations and capabale to read and understand the manual quickly.
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates with mobile telecommunication industry experience (eg. SMS, MMS) will be advantage.
