Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. Residences Services Attendant (Bellman)
As a Residences Services Attendant (Bellman) at the Four Seasons Private Residences Kuala Lumpur, you would be responsible for assisting homeowners and residents with luggage, shopping and any other requests throughout the day, making necessary deliveries to and pick-ups from the Private Residences. Work authorization for Malaysia is required to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Greet residents and assist them with a variety of requests.
Deliver luggage, shopping and other items as requested to the residences, and assist with picks up from residences upon request, moving the items to storage, the parking garage or the Front Drive.
Maintain proper records of deliveries and pick-ups.
Handle all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Cover the reception/concierge desks on the Ground Floor and Sky Lobby as needed, assisting the concierge whenever possible.
Resolve resident complaints, assist residents in all inquiries in connection with residential or hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Greet all guest passing through lobby and offers them assistance.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Perform shoeshine service, picking up shoes from residence, cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the residence, communicating any charges applicable to the residence concierge.
Perform errands for residents and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of the location, are hands on and have strong business acumen, good communication skills, s trong commitment to service and are able to evidence professionalism and adaptability. Applicants are required to have two years experience in a related position as a bellman or doorman. Candidates are required to be fluent in command of English (written, spoken and reading) whilst k nowledge of foreign languages is advantageous. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
