Job Summary Your primary responsibility is to coordinate with the clients reservation team with regards to all the bookings pertaining to hotel room bookings, meal and transportation requirement. You are also required to communicate and coordinate with the team that handles the ground handling in Makkah and Medina to ensure a smooth operation of all the booking reservation. You will also work closely with our accounts department to ensure an accurate invoice and billing to clients.

What you will do :
Ensure accuracy of all the booking details received from clients
Follow up and keep track of reservation deadlines with the ground handling team
Follow up and keep track of any schedule changes and coordinate with clients as well as ground handling team
Understand the client's needs and anticipate travel needs in order to provide efficient service at all times
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly by devising solutions, drafting reports, and offering recommendations to management
Handle client's feedback promptly and professionally
Offer appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner, maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
The job will be beyond the regular office hour for peak season.
What you Bring Diploma in Tourism Management, preferably in tourism and/or hospitality studies is preferable.
A minimum three years of experience working in a travel agency or the travel related industry in lieu thereof proficient experience in office administration would be considered.
Excellent command and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu is required. Ability to read and write in Arabic is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint. Ability to use Canva / Design is an advantage.
Good attention to detail and a quick learner.
Being an excellent team player is crucial.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
An ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and flexible working hours especially during peak season.
