Job Responsibilities
Operational Excellence : Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production efficiency, product quality, and resource utilization. Develop and execute plans to achieve production targets and improve plant performance.
Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
Quality Assurance : Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications. Work closely with the quality control team to address any issues and implement corrective actions.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering with CGPA 3.0/2nd upper and above.
Creative, innovative, strong team player, dedicated and committed, analytical, able to lead any improvement projects.
Knowledge to operate CNC machine will be added advantage.
At least 1-3 years of working experience in Manufacturing required for this position. (Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply)
Self-motivated, hardworking, strong desired to learn new knowledge
