JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:1) Oversee the process and quality consistency of new product from lab scale to mass production scale.
2) Develop food products that comply with ISO 9001, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and HALAL requirements.
3) Responsible for development of new products and improve existing product based on scientific approach.
4) Analysis and research of new product ideas and determination of product performance criteria.
5) Carry out laboratory work in relation to development of product formulation and evaluation of product performance.
6) Support and/ or lead product development project team, driving through the project from idea stage till launching stage within the stipulated timeline.
7) Support other operational activities such as product cost saving and material evaluation.
Possess Diploma/ Degree in Food Science/ Food Technology.
