Client: SONOVISION's Supplier Management team supports OEM/MRO/Operators in relevant to repair and/or services providers performance monitoring and relationship management, with capability to customize scope of activities based on customer's need. Typically the scope covers upkeep of portfolio, operational progress tracking, performance review, component exchange & outright, industrial risk and mitigation, contract negotiations, costing control (manhour, O&A) and on-site support.
Job Description:
- Responsible to review and validate/challenge quotations received from the suppliers, with reference to contractual scope. Compile technical and contractual evidences to support/justify disputes with suppliers.
- Analyze SFR/TDR/IR or any other workshop reports to identify actual scope of work, identify damage nature and justify whether the repair is within contractual scope with customers.
- Compile technical and contractual evidences including but not limited to authorized maintenance data such as AMM, CMM, SB, maintenance task cards, to support/justify disputes with customers.
- Support internal stakeholders on invoicing O&A dossiers to customers.
- Update repair orders data accurately into maintenance information system, ensure data integrity, material / parts history traceability and cleanliness of system database.
- Monitor supplier workshop performance, track progress of open orders to ensure serviceable parts availability within agreed service agreement. Detect abnormality and analyze root cause if supplier unable to commit.
- Manage suppliers portfolio through daily follow-ups, regular conference calls, and on-site suppliers visits to maintain overall health of supply chain.
- Review and validate/reject Standard Exchange, Advance Standard Exchange and Loan offers when required.
- Provide accurate information on the parts status and statistics of operational events to stakeholders, based on suppliers portfolio.
- Manage quarantines on parts returned from workshop when applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, contribute to continuous improvement of work processes and methods.
Profile:
Familiarity with Aviation Industry and excellent knowledge of Repair Management gained through experience. Basic awareness of Airline and Aircraft Maintenance operations.
Education: Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience (excluding OJT/internship) in supplier management, or Minimum 1 year of working experience (excluding OJT/internship) as repair controller in aviation sector.
- Aviation purchasing or customer service background.
- Extensive knowledge of component repair and/or PBH program.
- Knowledge of ARC and workshop report.
- Knowledge of logistics, component transport, export control, dangerous goods.
- Negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Advanced level of English.
Mandatory Requirement:
Malaysia nationality, relocate/commute to work at KLIA, Sepang area.
