Job Responsibilities:
To handle all outlets hardware and assets maintenance.
To handle new outlet renovation and relevant license and permits process.
To monitor the renovation or repair progress, make sure the progress is working in schedule.
Any job task assigned by the Directors.
Any other operational duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Provide assistance in organizing company event.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
MUST have great knowledge in Microsoft excel.
Independent and able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment.
Attention to details and figures. Able to submit report according to different timeline.
Good communication skill, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must possess own transport.
Having experience in Google Office is an added advantage.
Applicants must be willing to work in Sg Buloh or Tmn Desa Kundang.
Chinese male candidate is preferable.
