The Role
As the Renovation Project Manager at The Makeover Guys, you will manage all activities at our project sites. Your work will directly impact the experience for people working, living, or using the space.
What You'll Do
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of all projects in accordance to the brand guideline
- Monitor unit progress and provide timely update to the stakeholders
- Establish and improve our SOPs to increase efficiency and minimizing errors
- Conduct QC inspections and rectify defects before deadlines
- Ensure compliance with developers, building management, and contract requirements
- Assist in the project tendering process with our clients and stakeholders
- Manage our vendors and suppliers
- Promptly acknowledge and resolve queries, incidences, and concerns
- Manage, train, and guide the operations team members
- Manage performance and wellbeing of our team members

- At least 5 years of experience in construction or renovation management
- Experience with new development or bulk projects is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Great attitude, innovative, collaborative, problem solving skills, and communication skills
- Have your own car
