Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
  • Location: Remote
  • Position Type: Part Time
  • Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
  • Input and manage data in various systems and databases.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping.
  • Generate reports and summaries as required.
Financial Administration:
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and expense reports.
Track and reconcile office expenses and budgets.
Support to Team Members: Provide administrative support to team members and management as needed.
  • Assist in project coordination and task management.
  • Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to RM
  • 00 per month

    Expected hours: 16 44 per week

Experience:
