Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Data Entry and Record Keeping:- Input and manage data in various systems and databases.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping.- Generate reports and summaries as required.
Financial Administration:- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and expense reports.
Track and reconcile office expenses and budgets.Support to Team Members:
Provide administrative support to team members and management as needed.
- Assist in project coordination and task management.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Attention to detail.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to RM- 00 per month
