Job Purpose:
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, assist in candidate management, and learn recruitment practices for top headhunters in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Admin Tasks: Manage emails, calendars, and digital files. Prepare and process documents.
- Candidate Management: Assist in sourcing, organizing interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Recruitment Support: Draft and post job ads, assist in screening, and handle candidate communications.
- Client Coordination: Support in preparing client proposals, and manage client communication.
- Reporting: Maintain reports on recruitment progress and update databases.
- Learning: Participate in recruitment training and development.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Admin experience (preferably with AIESEC involvement).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace.
- Eagerness to learn recruitment and headhunting.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote, flexible working hours.
