Responsibilities:
The Reliability Test Operator will carry out the following technical functions in support of product reliability qualification and monitoring:
Electrical testing and data-logging of integrated circuit devices using automated test equipment
Loading and unloading of IC components onto burn-in boards
Loading and unloading burn-in boards into test chambers (must be able to lift 40 lbs.)
Bench testing and debugging of reliability test circuits
Perform Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (C-SAM) testing
Operation of measurement equipment such as curve tracer, oscilloscope and Keithley test rack
Use of X-Ray system and optical microscope is support of failure analysis
Perform FA sample preparation tasks such as cross-sectioning and chemical decapsulation of IC devices.
Other engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as-needed basis
Requirements:
A Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics or equivalent certification.
1-2 years of experience as an Operator in the semiconductor industry.
Working experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and similar desktop computing applications.
