About the role
The main area of responsibilities for maintenance work are at Value Stream Manufacturing & Packaging Support areas of responsibility are at Store and Facility.
Role Responsibilities
Perform day to day online and routine maintenance on the equipment in the productions.
Ensure all the works being carry-out is within the compliance to all GMP and EHS issues.
Provide support on maintenance to other lines whenever being required.
Manage tools and spare parts for the equipments.
Attend meeting related to production and engineering.
Carry out the PM & PdM in Mechanical and Electrical
Attend all machine breakdowns related to PLC, motors, electrical, electronics and mechanicals.
Scope of Accountability
To carry out day to day online and routine maintenance on the equipment in the productions is performing smoothly.
To ensure all the works being carry-out is within the compliance to all GMP and EHS issues.
To provide support on maintenance to other lines whenever being required.
To manage tools and spare parts for the equipments.
To attend meeting related to production and engineering.
To take care punches and die maintenance.
To carry out the PM & PdM in Mechanical and Electrical
To attend all machine breakdowns related to PLC, motors, electrical, electronics and mechanicals.
Other assignment(s) as deemed necessary by the Line Manager
Why you
Basic Qualifications:
Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical & Electronic/Electrical.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge in PLC programming, sensors, pneumatics and tooling.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Hands on machine maintenance & repairs experience.
Must be able to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Can work in a fast environment paced environment and work at flexible/tended working hours
Have an equipment trouble shooting skills.
Computer literate
Location this role is based in: Ulu Kelang.Ampang
This position is a grade: 10
