Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Manager SME Plus Johor at CIMB located in Johor Bahru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), providing financial advice and solutions, analyzing credit risks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, cross-selling products, and maintaining a strong portfolio of clients.

• Experience in relationship management with SMEs
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Strong networking and customer service skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in English and local language (e.g., Bahasa Malaysia)
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Financial Planner, SME Banking Certification) are a plus
