JOB DESCRIPTION (RELATIONSHIP MANAGER) Experienced (without experience/new graduates will be considered) in sales in any fields. Experienced in digital remittance will be an advantage.
Successful candidates are expected to source, onboard and develop business customers for their international outbound money transfer requirements such as import payments. Here are a few other key responsibilities:
- To source for Small Medium Enterprise (SME) / Corporate clients via sales calls, outdoor sourcing, inbound leads, direct mail and networking events.
To oversee and manage the entire corporate onboarding process at each stage from account acquisition to transaction fulfilment.- To strengthen the trust and relationship with the clients to increase their transaction volume month on month.
To identify key markets for growth and execute on strategies set out by the business.
- To build up a strong relationship with the client and meet their expectations on product offerings.
To investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
Requirements: -- Candidate should possess a University Degree/Diploma in any subject (without sales experience/new graduates will be considered). Sales experience will be prioritized.
Ability to perform at a high level without significant supervision and with attention to details.
- Candidates must be innovative, confident, accountable and have a self-starter.
* Command of multiple languages will be a bonus.
- Ability to travel for business (locally) if needed. Own vehicle is not required.
