Responsible to implement Business Unit, brand and touch-point strategy at POS (Point of Sales) ensuring optimization of KPIs.
Job Tasks:
Responsible for implementation, execution and production of in-store communication materials based on global brand and touch-point strategy within your region of responsibility.
This includes Point of Sales (permanent & temporary) and Communication materials such as brochures, leaflets, sample cards amongst others.
Lead implementation of all Global Tools POS (Point of Sales) projects in the region.
Potential agencies and supplier management (merchandising and production where applicable).
Ordering process owner and budget management.
Responsible for full project management including timeline, order and stock management, budget.
Manage the coordination and communication with all stakeholders: Sales, CSOs (Country Sales Organization) and towards the Global Marketing Team, as well as alignments within the Regional Marketing Team.

Proven Expertise in POS and Branding: Over 5 years of experience in in-store/POS topics, with deep expertise in POS production and branding.
Data-Driven and Results-Oriented Leadership: Leads based on data, thinks systematically, and translates insights into action to achieve results.
User-Centered and Agile: Maintains a strong user-centered approach, employs UX and agile working methods.
Collaborative Team Player: Works well in teams and has excellent communication skills for conveying complex topics in a broader context.
