As a Regional Test Lead, and as part of the Connect PPG program, you will represent a specific deployment / release (Phase 1 PMC APAC). As Regional test Lead, you will plan and manage the execution of SAP project activities concerning testing include integration test, Unit test, Functional test & User Acceptance test UAT. You will coordinate the milestones, priorities, and risks concerning testing activities within all phases of the program lifecycle. Work with global testing & manage and report on the cleansing status, issue, risk to the TMO.
You will report to the APAC Regional Deployment Lead and will closely cooperate with each Regional Functional Lead, global testing team & the workstream on the testing activities who will support you in the full testing exercises.
This role is crucial for ensuring that the solution & functionality build been tested and sign off by the business to ensure that it meet the business requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a detailed test plan, test scenarios with the function leaders & the business stakeholders.
Work with regional functional leads to reviewing all the test scenarios to ensure that all of the scenarios are covered.
Manage the system testing activities, manage defects including the defect fixing and retesting status.
Facilitate cross-team communication, status reporting (testing status/health, risk, issue mitigation....) from a system testing perspective.
Lead and coordinate all regional testing activities, with the support of the People Readiness Team and in alignment with the Global test Lead.
Provide guidance and support to the team on system test execution.
Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to form a holistic, organizational view to support the testing.
Facilitate communication and provide status updates to project leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience in SAP System testing lead management, preferably with SAP S/4 HANA. Minimum 8 years of managing a large scale of SAP project support the testing within the S/4 framework.
Previous system implementation experience on a global scale is preferred.
Multiple years in management of global scale projects in an international and multi-cultural environment.
Fluent in English, Mandarin is preferred, other languages are more than welcome.
