(i) Responsible in supporting, installation, servicing and repairing of card printing and security system equipments including but not limiting to card issuance software, door access, visitor management system, epurse management system etc;
(ii) Interacting with customers in answering technical questions and resolving customer issues
(iii) Testing and evaluate smart card and security equipments
(iv) To be involved in getting user requirements, understanding the clients business processes, preparing system specifications and design documentations
(v) Manage and deliver projects meeting functional and non-functional requirements according to agreed timeline and budget
(vi) Assisting the Sales team on project documentation during the sales cycle including demo and proof of concepts to meet customer business requirements
(vii) Manage interaction and collaboration with all project stakeholders such as clients, project team and vendors to ensure successful implementation
(viii) Generate and keep current all documentation, including project and resource planning, commitment, risk and mitigation plans
(ix) Adhere to and enforce project reporting procedures
(x) Seek and implement continuous improvements to ensure success
(xi) To obey all lawful and reasonable directions of the Board
