Job Responsibilities:-- Analyse and build relationships with new client and business partners e.g. Government agencies, NGO, Insurance and finance companies, etc.
- Conduct market intelligence and identify regions opportunities and differentiators in relation to the competition, to cater potential growth in revenue and growths.
- Identify and create offensive and defensive strategies and distributions channels that will lead to an increase in sales revenue, as well as retaining and expanding our customer base.
- Anticipate the needs and requirements of sales outlets to achieve set targets and in line with company strategy.
- Develop the Assistant State Manager / Executive and Sales Managers competencies and harness their talents, by inculcating companys core and leadership competencies for them to be achievement oriented.
- Inculcate a customer service mindset and compliance with companys policies and SOPs to all staff under the State Managers span of control.
- Job Requirements: -
Diploma/Degree
- 5 to 10 years relevant experience
Good experience in handling state level sales business- Good communication skills
Multitasking skills
- Good problem-solving skills
Organizing meetings/events
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
