about the role

They are currently looking for a Regional Senior HR Manager to join the growing team. You will provide strategic and operational Human Resources support across SEA. You will be focusing on Employee Relations, Talent Management, Recruitment, Organisational Development, and General HR Management. This role ensures HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented, supports managers in best HR practices, and collaborates with Regional (APAC) and Global teams to promote innovative people management approaches, aligning with the Company's financial and operational goals.

about the manager/team

Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be leading a team of 4-5 regionally.

skills & experience required

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You have strong knowledge of SEA (mainly Malaysia and Singapore) HR laws, regulations, and best practices. You have a proven record of ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organisation across all levels of an organisation.
