The Role:
As the Regional Senior CRM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies related to customer relationship management, driving initiatives to enhance customer experience, and utilizing CRM technology to optimize business relationships and achieve organizational goals.
What you will do:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute APACâs CRM strategy in alignment with company objectives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Considering certain local nuances when necessary.
- CRM System Management: Oversee APAC marketsâ CRM platforms, ensuring their effectiveness in managing customer data, segmentation, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor APACâs local CRM team, providing guidance on CRM practices, tools, and techniques to maximize efficiency and productivity. Lead partnerships with CRM-related vendors to optimize service and deliverables.
- Analysis and Insights: Collaborate with RGM teams and utilize CRM data to generate insights, track KPIs, and drive actionable recommendations strategies for improving customer interactions, retention and value delivering a qualitative Customer Pyramid.
- Monitoring: Monitor and assess CRM performance, making necessary adjustments to strategies and tactics to achieve performance targets. Aligning and driving marketing automation programs from a regional basis working closely with the RGM team
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement security measures to safeguard customer data.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, and emerging technologies, and share best practices (global, regional, competitors) in CRM to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- University degree, major in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Proven experience with at least 5+ years in CRM management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Prioir Regional exposure will be a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract insights.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in implementing CRM strategies in diverse business environments.
- Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for Regional CRM Manager, APAC
