Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand our customer base in Sarawak.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, demonstrating consistent sales performance.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to sales management, keeping them informed about sales activities, progress, and challenges.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors activities to effectively position the company's offerings in the market.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any customer concerns.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
Travel: Willingness to travel within the Sarawak region as required.
