Responsibilities included:
- Handle all the order process with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related information
- Monitor the order progress, identity shortcomings and propose improvements
- Organize and maintain sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide necessary after-sales support
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Professional Level in any field
- 1-2 years working experience in a similar role is preferred but optional
- Proficient in both English & Mandarin
