The opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive top-of-funnel leads, working closely with our sales team in Singapore and Malaysia. You will be instrumental in helping us to maintain and enhance the sales pipeline, taking on any inbound calls to answer customer enquiries and conduct sales discovery calls. Youll also develop and implement new initiatives to improve processes, and tackle special projects to support our Sales team. With this, you will develop key skills in customer relationship management, cross-functional collaboration and project management.

What Youll Be Responsible For

Sales & Business Development

  • Responsible for fielding all inbound calls
  • Conduct sales discovery and qualification calls for top-of-funnel leads
  • Pitch Rent-to-own solar offers and drive conversions to advisory calls
  • Assist in preliminary rooftop solar designs and generating proposals for clients
  • Manage appointment scheduling for sales agents on advisory calls or site surveys with clients

Special Projects

  • Develop and implement new initiatives to enhance sales process and overall customer experience

Manage additional ad-hoc projects as needed

Who Were Looking For

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Minimum 1 year experience with sales or customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficient or fluent in English
  • Proficiency or fluency in another language is a plus

  • Outstanding sales and negotiation skills with the ability to handle challenge
  • Familiar with, or keen to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Have qualities such patience, persistence and persuasiveness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
