Job Descriptions:- Monitor, spport and provide training for APAC Procurement system (Ariba & Oracle) including:
a. Ariba System Training for internal and external user
b. Support APAC Opco in problem solving for system issue
c. Prepare Training guide and manual for procurement
d. Generate report to APAC operating companies (OpCos) to ensure on-time process for P2P (Procure to Pay). For example: PO, receiving, Invoicing, Payment management
e. Generate report to APAC OpCos to ensure compliance for S2C (Source to Contract). For example: NDA, Supplier Assessment form, cloud Assessment, Contract, Supplier Performance
f. Support All procurement system & process related issue (Including Ariba and Oracle system).
g. Work with Ariba Consultant to improve the process and report for APAC procurement.
h. Ariba Documentation and Support creation of supplier registration, NDA, Sourcing project and contract
- Propose any improvement plans to management.
Perform other related duties and assignment as required by adapting to competing demand, organizational changes and new responsibilities.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.- At least 0 - 2 years working experiences in Admin, Procurement or HR
Experience in handling documentation and training
- Experience with MS Office Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
