Tasks & responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of stores in the designated region, driving sales conversion, implementing and monitoring company policies for high operational performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards across all locations.
Lead the development and implementation of regional sales strategies, utilizing sales data and market analysis to drive growth, while monitoring store performance through KPIs to provide actionable insights for improvement and expansion.- Lead the recruitment, training, and mentoring of store managers and staff, conducting regular performance reviews and providing coaching for improvement, while cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment to foster high team performance.
Guarantee an outstanding customer experience throughout all stores by maintaining exceptional standards of service, promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns, and implementing feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance service quality.
- Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and product availability, coordinate with the merchandising team for effective product display and promotions, and oversee stock loss, shrinkage, and other inventory-related matters.
Oversee regional budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, implement cost control measures to enhance profitability, and ensure adherence to company policies in all financial transactions and processes.
- Qualifications & experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the sports or fitness industry.- Proven experience in managing multiple retail locations and leading large teams.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
