This role is accountable for all aspects of learning, talent and culture co-ordination for a Division and supports the Learning and Talent Head, People BPs and Divisional customers to ensure local learning, talent and culture initiatives are accurately planned and delivered flawlessly in line with the relevant processes and customer requirements.
Support the planning and delivery of all learning, talent and culture initiatives for the Division, including:
annual learning plans
talent and culture programme project plan
prepare communications and marketing materials
Support in the development of the learning, talent and culture reporting
Provide operational support for the development of strategic learning initiatives
Maintain information and records in supporting systems and knowledge repositories
Respond to customer queries and issues in a timely manner
Support in managing end to end learning administration advertise programs, request nominations, enrol participants, collate & distribute materials, manage vendors & schedule venues, manage venue set up, collate participant & vendor feedback
Support in tracking delivery of activities to meet all milestones and delivery requirements
Generate reports using analytical/reporting tools
Create succinct and impactful reports/papers/presentations
Is an active member of a cohesive and high performing team in the region
