Regional IB Oversight Compliance Manager / Senior Manager

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - legal, financial related studies or professional studies in a related discipline.

Ideal experience - minimum five (5) years of experience in legal (either legal practitioner in litigation, capital marketor in house legal counsel), investigation or enforcement, financial, capital market and/or stockbroking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• To support the Head, Regional IB Oversight, senior management and stakeholders in the management of regulatory complianceat regional entities of RHB Investment Bank Berhad
• Compliance Manager for all compliance matters for regional offices under the portfolio assigned
• Toexecute and manage initiatives and tasks assigned
• To promote, lead and manage the culture and practice of regulatory compliance throughout the regional offices and to oversee their compliance with the requirements and applicable standards and
• To ensure the effectiveness of compliance function's management of regulatory compliance and regulatory risk issues through the establishment and maintenance of appropriate and effective framework and procedures, that compliance and regulatory risks are anticipated, identified, escalated and reported to stakeholders, mitigated and managed so as to avoid any financial and reputational loss.
