Job brief:
We are looking for a Regional HR Manager to assist in setting up regional HR services and ensuring the effective running of all operational aspects of HR shared service in partnership with Regional Process of compensation and benefits, onboarding, employee life cycle, performance management, talent strategy and data reporting.
Regional HR Manager responsibilities include to oversee and manage the daily HR Lifecycle Operations service delivery quality and efficiency of the team in APAC and EMEA region, ensuring timely and accurate service work, and continuously improving service levels and employee satisfactions.
To be successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge of labour regulations and has the experience in expanding and setting up HR Services in other countries within APAC and EMEA regions. Ultimately, you will ensure we build and maintain a strong local and regional employer brand within all the global offices.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily HR Lifecycle Operations service delivery quality and efficiency of the team in APAC, Europe and EMEA region, ensuring timely and accurate service work, and continuously improving service levels and employee satisfactions.
- Utilize key performance indicators to manage and report on the performance of the function.
- Ensure appropriate controls across the HR Services are implemented and that these controls are fully understood.
- Manage process delivery escalations and inquiries resolutions.
- Ensure compliance to and keep up to date with local policies and regulatory requirement in the areas of Human Resources.
- Deal with employee requests/inquiries regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations in an efficient manner, including employee onboarding, off-boarding, internal transfer, employee inquiry, and benefit operation etc.
- Provide administrative support in Employee Relations matters, HR Operational matters, and Performance Evaluation process.
- Centralize Core HR business processes and establish Global HR Operation strategy aligned with Global HR strategy.
Requirements and skills:
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar role
- Advantageous if from a Shared Service background
- Understanding of full cycle recruiting (global experience is preferred)
- Good knowledge of local labour regulations
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management Software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
