- Closely partner the business team to drive revenue and margins of the Payments business, including through providing performance visibility, identifying optimization opportunities, and challenging business assumptions.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting of the payments business, ensuring accurate and timely financial submission.
- Monitor financial performance of business unit against target, review reasons for variance, and propose opportunities to improve performance.
- Provide financial support for business initiatives, including financial analysis, business case review, and variance analysis.
- Manage cross-functional projects, including being the lead finance personnel to launch new payments initiatives.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the ecommerce or payments industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, business case review, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Experience managing senior business stakeholders (director+).
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Proficient in Financial modelling.
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools.
