Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Aftersales Manager to oversee and manage the aftersales operations in the Klang Valley, Selangor, or East Coast Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing service quality, and driving aftersales revenue growth within the designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aftersales Operations Management:
- Lead and manage the aftersales teams in the region to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze aftersales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to gauge service performance.
- Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities to increase aftersales revenue through service promotions, parts sales, and maintenance contracts.
- Develop and implement regional marketing and sales strategies for aftersales services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive in the region.
- Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the aftersales team to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on aftersales performance to the Managing Director.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in aftersales management, preferably in the commercial vehicle or truck industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of the Klang Valley, Selangor, or East Coast Malaysia market is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
