Recruitment Specialist.
As a
Recruitment Specialist , you will play a critical role in:
- Lead the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.- Liaise and coordinate with relevant government departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies, employee records, and documentation.
- To be successful in this role, you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR functions, including recruitment and administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for government interactions and team collaboration.- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
