Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition. Prefer in manufacturing settings.- Spoken and written in English, Malay and Mandarin (added advantage).
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.- Proficient in using recruitment software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
Source and screen candidates via job platforms, social media, and networking events.- Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and offer guidance.
- Keep up a strong applicant pool for upcoming and present positions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
