Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition
Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through a variety of channels, including social media platforms, networking events, and professional industry connections.
  • Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with the companys needs and goals.
  • Candidate Screening
Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Use structured and behavioral interviewing techniques to ensure objective and thorough evaluations.
  • Client Collaboration
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and advise on recruitment strategies.
  • Market Research
Stay informed on industry trends and labor market conditions to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation packages.
  • Candidate Engagement
Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback, and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Travel
Travel to various locations as needed for conducting interviews, attending networking events, and participating in industry conferences.
  • Manage travel arrangements and schedules to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in meeting recruitment goals.
  • Reporting
Regularly report to the HR Manager on the status of recruitment efforts, including key metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and retention rates.
  • Analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Any additional responsibilities/ tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.

  • Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
* Outspoken and confident in engaging with candidates and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
