Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through a variety of channels, including social media platforms, networking events, and professional industry connections.
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with the companys needs and goals.
Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Use structured and behavioral interviewing techniques to ensure objective and thorough evaluations.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and advise on recruitment strategies.
Stay informed on industry trends and labor market conditions to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation packages.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback, and addressing any concerns or questions.
Travel to various locations as needed for conducting interviews, attending networking events, and participating in industry conferences.
- Manage travel arrangements and schedules to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in meeting recruitment goals.
Regularly report to the HR Manager on the status of recruitment efforts, including key metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and retention rates.
- Analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Any additional responsibilities/ tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.
- Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
