Recruitment Specialist （Fintech）

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Promote the company's brand as an employer of choice in the cryptocurrency industry through various channels and recruitment events.
• Review and screen resumes, conducting initial assessments of candidates qualifications and experience.
• Proactively reach out to potential candidates through social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing methods.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the company, the role, and the interview process.
• Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as needed.
• Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
• Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and provide insights for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to facilitate talent sourcing and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial technology sector.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to read and speak fluently in Chinese.
