About the jobThe Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing client accounts in contract outsourcing and driving recruitment activities to meet client needs. This role combines account management and recruitment consultancy, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining client relationships, and achieving recruitment targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and account management, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Understand job orders and client's preferences well.- Ensure consistency in inflow of Job Orders from clients and achieve the target Fulfilment rate.
Ensure a fast response time on interview arrangements and feedback from clients after each interview.
- Provide reliable service level promises in speed & quality to gain client's trust.
Follow up on invoices and outstanding accounts receivable if any.

Utilize diverse sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and referrals to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.- Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure fit with client requirements and low risk of rejection before interview arrangement.
Collaborate closely with Sales/AM or Clients to understand and prioritize job orders based on client history and urgency.
- Follow up on feedback from Clients/AM to ensure right and quality CV is submitted to clients.
Regularly update and maintain the candidate database to ensure accuracy and relevance.- Follow up closely with candidates to ensure a smooth journey until onboarding.

At least 6 months/1 year experience in recruitment and account management.- Good understanding of recruitment processes and best practices and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Resourcefulness and drive to achieve independent targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
Strong team player.- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule: - Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
