Responsible to complete the full cycle of recruitment and selection process - end to end process.
Initiating recruitment strategy including the utilization of internal postings, internet, print, referrals, networking, career or trade fairs, industry mediums etc.
Identifying, building relationships and networking with the best candidates in the market whilst managing their career search and personal aspirations.
Manpower planning and to prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports to identify the needs of hiring.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
A pool of Retail Consultant must be hired in order to provide continuous training and also to increase the quality of staff that we have in the retail shops.
Every Retail Shop must be given 100% attention to ensure the right candidate is matched according to the shop requirements and nature of business to ensure productivity and sales increases.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Maintains confidentiality of information to ensure integrity of HR Department.
Representing company at trade exhibitions, events & demonstration
Any other duties and responsibilities that may assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources/ Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experience in the related field.
Candidate with recruitment experience in Retail industry and background in household retail will be added advantages.
Good time management with sense of urgency with positive good attitude.
