Key Responsibilities:- Source, identify and deliver high quality talent to meet business needs.
Administer and ensure hiring lead time/ service Level agreement (SLA) as per the Companys requirements and standards.- Arrange and conduct interview process for selected group of employees as determined by the Company.
Coordinate and participate in any recruitment initiatives such as career fairs, walk-in interview, career talk, collaboration with higher Institution, etc.
- Provide excellent internal customer service, work closely with hiring managers and candidates to close assignments successfully.
Write effective recruitment advertisement and advertise to all potential channels not limited to Job Boards, Social Media and ATS Applicant Tracking System.- Prepare and maintain tracking and weekly report on recruitment progress (i.e.: recruitment budget utilization, lead time of hiring, number of hiring, etc.,) for the next course of actions and improvements.
Direct and oversee foreign worker recruitment and onboarding processes, with a focus on coordinating and managing external agency partnerships.
- Other tasks to be assigned from time to time.
Min Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or any related discipline.
- At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidates with working experience in Retail, F&B, FMCG, Healthcare and Manufacturing hiring would be an added advantage.- Candidates with mass recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a pre-requisite.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Able to solve problems proactively and work in fast paced.- Team player with good interpersonal skills, mature, resourceful and independent.
Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadline.
