Position Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be an integral part of our mission to match top talent with leading organizations. You will leverage your expertise in sourcing, networking, and relationship-building to identify, engage, and place qualified candidates, contributing to the growth and success of both our clients and candidates.
The applicant must be willing to work on-site at Mid Valley/KL Sentral.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and specific requirements for each role.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies (e.g., networking, social media, databases, referrals) to identify and attract top-tier candidates across different industries and job functions.
- Screening and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure the right fit for both clients and candidates.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and talent landscape changes to provide valuable insights and advice to clients and candidates.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates, managing offer details and ensuring a smooth transition for successful placements.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with candidates and clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and career advice to both parties.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Additional HR certifications are advantageous.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consultancy, with a strong understanding of APAC's job market and industries.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and networking skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms to streamline the recruitment process.
- Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is advantageous.
