Deliver contract recruitment to key clients predominantly supplying IT and associated positions
Maintain relationships with Contractors to retain their services
Continuously build up a strong and ready candidate database via referrals, social media, job portals, company database, etc. and create talent pools in ATS.
Manage the full end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
Maintain and strengthen the business relationships with clients by actively support their hiring needs.
Recruitment practice -
Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing coaching and information about the company and role.
Manage the interview process, scheduling interviews and liaising between clients and candidates.
Take part in strategic recruitment initiatives requested from leadership.
Support tender submissions where requested.
Exceed or meet individual placement targets set by adhering to activity metrics
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Job Requirements:
Minimum degree in any field
Minimum 1 year of experience working within either recruitment company or internal TA (Talent Acquisition) environment, ideally recruiting IT talent
Fresh graduates in IT/TECH are welcome to apply
Preferably able to engage professionally with clients and take the lead in the end-to-end business process.
