Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR administration, including employee onboarding, leave management, record-keeping, and benefits administration for the Malaysia team.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with Malaysia's employment laws and regulations.
- Process monthly payroll for the Malaysia team, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements, statutory contributions, and necessary deductions.
- Issue invoices to clients, manage follow-ups for timely payment collection, and maintain an organized accounts receivable system.
- Prepare and monitor accounts receivable aging reports, reconciling any discrepancies and following up on overdue accounts.
- Assist with month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial records and compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years in a similar role with experience in HR operations, payroll, and accounts receivable functions, preferably in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of Malaysia's employment and payroll regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
