Job scope / responsibilities- Developing a good understanding of client companies - their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
Headhunting & Screening - Identifying & approaching suitable candidates.- Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the client's requirements.
Reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates.
- Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
Preparing profiles to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.- Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
Negotiating salary packages between clients and candidates.
- Offering consultation advice to both clients and candidates regarding salary levels, training & development and career opportunities.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
Required language(s): Command of English- The consultant should be someone who is confident, good at communication & able to interact with people across all levels.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, driven & focused, with good follow-up skills
- Eager to learn & Hunger for success
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment- Possess initiative with a positive attitude, able to work independently and a team player
Training will be provided for those without experience
