Big Fish Hunter Executive Search - (Dayubushou) is looking for teammates to join our Malaysia team for a Recruitment Consultant!
Manage the full spectrum of 360 recruitment from business development, sourcing of candidates, fulfilment of job orders and after sales support.
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct phone, video or face to face interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for client positions.
Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview and selection process
Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate and employer.
Follow-up candidate onboarding and probation feedback with consultancy provided.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and clients.
Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
Minimum of 3 years of experience handling 360 recruitment
Recruiter experience in HR service industry will be preferable.
Indepth knowledge of various recruitment techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
Possess good business development experience in servicing existing clients and bringing in new clients.
Confident personality with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Computer literacy with ability to quickly fit with new system or any online platforms.
Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in Malaysia.
