Recruitment Consultant

Job Description

• You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of every assignment under your purview.

You will undertake a 180-job scope by assuming assignments, engaging new and existing clients, providing professional recruitment advice & services, engaging candidates, and managing placement closures.

• You will do your best to understand client's recruitment requirements and source for suitable candidates by using various recruitment methods such as executive search, database search, job advertisements networking & referrals, social media, and any other viable methods.

You will be responsible for candidate resourcing, pre-screening of candidates, shortlisting and determining client interviews for the most suitable candidates.

• Manage both client and candidates expectations such as salary negotiation, employment benefit and renumeration package(s), transition and employment start dates and any other HR matters.

Establish networking strategies and build a database of suitable candidates that can be marketed to clients.

• Create and post job advertisements on the most appropriate job portals and use social media to achieve greater reach.

Professionally maintain relationship with existing clients and candidates to foster long term relationship.

• Work closely with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.

• Job Requirements

A minimum 1-year hands- on experience preferably from an established recruitment agency and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Knowledge in sourcing of IT Talents will be a plus point.

Confident, pleasant personality and able to communicate well at every level.

Enjoy responsibilities and able to work in a team.

Able to think out of the box and have a strong passion for people.

Willingness to learn and grow.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (
