Identifying potential candidates as per hiring needs of the client and liaise with the client to understand expectations, rates and job descriptions.
Able to prepare job description of proposed roles.
Liaise with the external vendors on the requirements, check with the internal network, references and search for candidates through candidate databases, online employment forums, job portals etc.
Check with the potential candidates on their expectations, manage their expectations to ensure the hiring is done with a sufficient margin.
Prepare resumes if required as per client specifications, assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
Build a candidate database as per skill set and other criteria.
Able to communicate with candidates, client as well as vendors and submit and close the open positions as per mentioned timeline.
Check and manage on contract extensions for selected candidates.
Develops, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Screen applications and selects qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in recruitment and hiring, managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
Experience with recruitment processes, online job portals, LinkedIn and Recruitment software.
Good negotiation skills and communication skills.
Have experience working with hiring portals, client engagement or vendor management.
Bachelor's in Arts, Human resource or STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
