Purpose
The role of the Recruiter is to directly contribute to the profitability of PERSOLKELLY by successfully delivering placements. They need to identify and source suitable candidates for the Consultants job orders.
Key Resposnibilities
- An integral role part of Singapore desk team for fulfilling the staffing needs of clients based in Singapore.
- Understand Singapore consultant clients business overviews and client requirements for positions.
- Utilizing various channels to source suitable candidates for Consultants job orders. These include, but are not limited to, headhunting, database search, job advertisement posting on print & on-line media, referrals, regular networking, etc.
- Cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for the position. Match the most suitable candidates to the available positions.
- Assist in coordinating interview schedules and any other assistance as may be required in closing positions such as reference checking, etc
- Get feedback and outcomes from Consultants on presented candidates. Keep all candidates informed on the outcome
- Manage Candidate Relationship
- Share feedback with candidates in an appropriate manner
- Ensure stringent compliance to organization's procedure and policies
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Strong passion for sales and recruitment.
- Must have excellent organizing, time management, communication, and people skills.
- Responsible, takes initiative in work and able to commit to work, willing to learn.
