Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial phone screens and assist with scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Manager to understand job requirements.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and guiding them through the hiring process.
- Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events as needed.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; any related internship or work experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in a Malaysia's local language is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Eager to learn and grow within the HR and recruitment field.
