Recruiter (Fresh Grad Welcomed)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Consultants to identify new job requirements and candidate selection criteria.
• Source applicants through online channels, such as Jobstreet and other professional networks
• Compile lists of most-suitable candidates according to the job requirements by assessing their CVs (1st screening).
• Prepare and present written applicant resume summaries.
• Arrange candidate interview and follow up with candidates feedback after the interview.
• Maintain an Up-to-date candidate database.
• Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques.
• Daily sourcing report updates
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork.

Requirements:

• Must have Diploma/Degree in any related studies.
• Fresh graduate with internship experience.
• 1-2 years working experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn and result oriented.
