Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and IT.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural IT.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members involved in the selection process.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from interviewers to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate employment terms, as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to continually improve the talent acquisition process..
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.

Job Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Excellent interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural IT.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and metrics.
