Job Description

Job Responsibility

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and IT.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural IT.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members involved in the selection process.
Collect and analyze feedback from interviewers to make informed hiring decisions.
Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate employment terms, as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to continually improve the talent acquisition process..
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.

Job Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
Excellent interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural IT.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and metrics.
