Job Scope- Own overall responsibilities in recruitment activities for DL Hiring (local and foreign).
Manage the process for direct labor new intakes to ensure an effective induction to the company.- Responsible to provide DL Headcount and Recruitment Report to the management.
To register, renew, terminate FWCS.
- To handle all matters related to the employment of foreign worker, for example work permit renewal, Fomema, Recalibration program and etc.
Highlighting and handling worker's recruitment, resignation, end of contract and long leave.- Monitoring worker's accommodations, flight tickets, taxi booking, etc.
Ensure police report made for runaway foreign worker and document
- preparation as required by Immigration for cancellation of working permit.
To handle all related matters to the employment of Expatriate, for example Employment Pass (EP) and Professional Visit Pass (PVP), Dependent Pass (DP), immigration, ESD submission and etc.- Keep track of all expiry dates and renewal arrangements, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
To liaison with immigration, MIDA and expatriates embassy.
- Preparing and checking documents of visa requirement, submit relevant documents and follow up on approval.
To comply to all government and statutory requirements for direct labor.- Any Ad-hoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.
Bachelors degree in management field or equivalent- Min 3-5 years of related working experience
To have strong knowledge and experiences in foreign workers hiring and management.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Committed and flexible to support on-site and off-site hiring activities and other ad-hoc tasks.- Willing to travel whenever necessary.
Willing to work at Batu Kawan, Penang.
