Job Responsibility
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse channels.
- Utilize social media platforms to craft compelling employer branding content and engage with potential candidates.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activity and candidate pipeline to inform decision-making.
- Conduct new employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the company culture.
- Create engaging content for recruitment marketing, including job advertisements, social media posts, and employer branding materials.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in mass hiring and employer branding will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
